We have established a non-profit organization - Valley Community Development Ministries - in order to take care of our projects. Through this organization we aim to reach out to our community by creating projects that lift up and build, whether it be families, schools, youth groups or individuals.

This is our current and most major project! In this we need your help and assistance to make our dream come true. This venture actually consists of 8 segmented projects - See below the estimated costing as at September 2008:
|
Landscaping: Sports Ground and Pavillion: Indoor Swimming Pool: Sports Equipment and Training: Borehole (installation): Re-cycling (cages to collect recyclables): School Hall: Food Garden (vegetables, fruits and herbs): |
R60 0000 R950 000 R1, 850 000 R90 000 R100 000 R7 000 R1, 850 000 R6 900 |
The total cost for the entire project in 2008 was estimated at R3, 248, 900. A rough estimate as at January 2010 is approximately R6M. The sooner we can get this project underway, the more cost-effective it becomes.

Rather than us collecting money, our vision is for you to become involved in one of the following
We do however ask that you use the labour from the community and not from outside, as our project also aims to provide employment for our local community. We have many skilled labourers in our community that have been hit by the recession who are needing employment, and this would provide needy families with an income for at least the duration of the project.
On completion of the project, we will assist in arranging a handing over ceremony with publicity at the school. Should you wish to remain involved in the maintenance of your part of the project, please contact our CCAN Project Leader Russel Simon.

Also available for your information, is the Letter of Authority (139KB) from Kleinberg Primary School.

We support the Help to Read project at Kleinberg Primary School, Ocean View. The Project trains Church Members in order to help learners to improve their reading skills.
Donations are heartily welcomed. See below the items required to make this a success.

What we have done for others, we have done for Him, our King of Glory.
